How many oranges ?
In winter, amidst the radishes, turnips, chestnuts, and squashes, oranges are like little suns, little balls of life and light. For a few weeks, they are there for the taking; we eat ten, fifteen, twenty... maybe a few more?
But how many winters do we have left? How many oranges?
I have just started a project on time, the one we have already lived, the one we have left to live. Nostalgia will undoubtedly have its place in these images; a bit of melancholy will be inevitable. But my desire is to show the richness of our journeys, the richness of the people we have become, the accumulated energy, the beauty of the time ahead of us, the beauty of what we will make of it.
Even though we often feel sorry for not being allowed more time, maybe this limited time is precisely what gives life its strange beauty and its meaning. Maybe this is what my project is about. I still have to find out.

I have spent nearly four decades working as a radio presenter in France, England and Switzerland. Photography has lately become a big part of what moves me forward. In December 2024, I have published a book that sets a rather unusual light on Switzerland.
“How Many Oranges ? “ is my next project.
